Welcome to the help and support page for the Classe 300X, helping you to solve any issues so you can start using your video internal unit to its fullest potential.

A step-by-step guide to help you connect your smartphone to the Classe 300X unit

1. Once the Wi-Fi connection is on, select your chosen network to connect to

2. Enter your Wi-Fi network password    

3. Once the configuration key is pressed, the App will search for the Classe 300X and will automatically connect and self-configure     

The connection to the Cloud automates the configuration on your Wi-Fi network, you do NOT need to configure your router.

The Classe 300X transfers all the data and configurations [cameras, door locks, activations etc.] to the App and updates automatically after every change. 

You can display the mobiles devices connected to the Classe 300X and chose whether to disconnect at any time.
